Who can vote in Minnesota

You must be:

A U.S. citizen, At least 18 years old on Election Day, A resident of Minnesota for 20 days, Finished with all parts of any felony sentence.

You can vote while under guardianship unless a judge specifically has revoked your right to vote.

Time Off Work to Vote

You have a right to take time off work to vote without losing your pay, personal leave, or vacation time. Your employer must pay you for the time you need to vote, if it falls within your scheduled work time. Your employer cannot require you to use personal leave or vacation time.
